For Next Day Delivery, UK orders placed before 3pm Mon-Thu will be shipped same day (excluding Northen Ireland). Any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day.
Standard UK and international orders will be shipped out within 1-2 days.
Delays may arise due to unforeseen circumstances or if order placed on public holidays.
If you place multiple orders they may be shipped at different times.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email, which will include the tracking number with the courier details.
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on opuluxebeauty.com.
Tracking may not work immediately so please allow up to 24 hours and try again.
Please check your tracking for more information on where to locate your order and who has signed for it. Couriers may leave orders at a safe place or with a neighbour - sometimes with photographic evidence.
If you are unable to locate your order please contact customer service on email@example.com. Please provide your Order Number and Tracking number and we will contact the courier on your behalf for further information.
We can only change addresses if orders are not packed and not shipped.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with URGENT on the email subject. Provide your name, order number and the new delivery address you would like your parcel to be shipped to.
UK orders will not incur import duty charges. However, international orders may incur charges.
We cannot be liable for any custom charges incurred and any charges must be paid by the receipient of the order.
Opuluxe Beauty has no control over these charges as custom/import duty policies may change often.

Returns + refunds
To begin your return process please log in and register your return on https://account.opuluxebeauty.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We can only accept returns if all returned items are unopened and in their original packaging.
Please note, we do not cover the cost of returns so this would need to be covered by you.
If you qualified for free shipping on your order and we covered the expense, this will be deducted from your refund amount.
When returning items you are recommended to keep proof of posting and a tracked service. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed - back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in the original payment method.
We are extremely sorry to hear you have received a damaged/faulty item. Email email@example.com with your order number, explaining the fault/damage and please include images of both the item and its packaging.
